Nathan Tsormetsri Esq., is a licensed Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana, and a perfect example of hard work and good ethics. He is committed to assisting all clients both in and out of jurisdiction.

Nathan is a very persuasive and tough lawyer. He is setting new standards in resolving legal disputes with his unparalleled negotiation skills.

He holds an LL.M. in Oil & Gas Law from the University of Reading, England, and an LL.M. in Public International Law from Leiden University, the Netherlands.

Nathan is also a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple Inn, London, and is called to the English Bar (Bar of England & Wales).

FEES

We provide fees estimates and budgets for each and every instruction. Whilst we charge competitive market rates to commensurate with the service provided, we are always willing to discuss the way our fees are structured in order to find a solution that works for our clients. Our fees are guided by the Ghana Bar Scale of Fees which may be found online at: ……

The fees for a particular case or a specific piece of work will normally be agreed in advance taking into account the market rate, the individual lawyer’s skill and experience and the particular circumstances of the case or work, including its complexity.

The fee structure will depend on the case. We charge: a fixed fee; a brief fee (preparation for a trial and the first day); refresher fee (for each subsequent day of the trial including ongoing preparation); capped fees; hourly fees; fixed fees or Conditional Fee Agreement (‘no win, no fee’), or different contractual terms may be considered depending on the case.
